At Mehman Bazar, our goal is to ensure a joyful shopping experience for our customers. To maintain this standard, we’ve created a Refund and Returns Policy that guarantees convenience and transparency. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items include

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Certain situations allow for only partial refunds:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received it. We will also inform you if the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
  • Check with your bank; there is often some processing delay before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at mehmanbazarpk@gmail.com and mail your item to our return address:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

You’ll be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
